Join the Boatbuilding Ring



Here are some basic instructions for inserting the Boatbuilding Ring HTML Code on your page. If you have trouble inserting the HTML code with your HTML editor, you usually need to look for a function such as "Insert HTML" or "Insert Raw HTML". If your have trouble, please don't hesitate to ask and we will do our best to help.

Notepad Installation Instructions
1. Copy the Boatbuilding Ring Code to the Clipboard. (Press the CTRL key and the letter C at the same time.)
2. Open your webpage with notepad. Go to where you want the Boatbuilding Ring Code to appear.
3. Paste the Boatbuilding Ring into your page. (Press the CTRL key and the letter V at the same time.)
4. Save your page. When you reload it in your browser when you are connected to the Internet, the Boatbuilding Ring Code should appear and function correctly.

NetObjects Fusion 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, or 5.0 Installation Instructions
1. Select the HTML code and Copy it to the clipboard. (Press the CTRL key and the letter C at the same time.)
2. Open your web site in NetObjects and go to your homepage.
3. Create a new empty text box where you want the Boatbuilding Ring code to appear. Select "Lock Height" on the properties palette and size this text box about the size that the ring code will appear.
4. Right click on the text box you have just created, and click "Object HTML."
5. In the dialog box window which pops up, Paste the Boatbuilding Ring in the "Before Tag" field. (Press the CTRL key and the letter V at the same time.) Press the "OK" button to close the window.
6. Now, when you preview or publish your page and when you are connected to the internet, you will see the Boatbuilding Ring code where you have placed your "placeholder" text box. If necessary, make any final positioning modifications, and then publish your page to your web server.

FrontPage & FrontPage 2000 Installation Instructions
1. Select the HTML code with your mouse. Copy the HTML to the clipboard. (Press the CTRL+C keys to copy)
2. Switch to the HTML view of your page in FrontPage.
3. Paste it into your web page. (Press they CTRL+V keys to paste)

Dreamweaver Installation Instructions
1. Copy the Ring Code to your computer's clipboard.
2. Start up Dreamweaver and open your page.
3. On the Dreamweaver menu, select Window, Html or press the F10 key. A window should be displayed that contains the HTML of your page.
4. Paste the Ring HTML Code from the clipboard into this dialog box. Make sure you are pasting into this window and not the main Dreamweaver page. You can do that by:
a.) Clicking the mouse in the window where you want the Boatbuilding Ring Code to go and pressing CTRL+V or
b.) RIGHT-clicking the mouse in the text area of the window. A little popup menu should be displayed. Select Paste from that menu.
5. Close the HTML window and save your web page. You will now see several script icons on your page. Be careful to not disturb or remove any of them.
6. If you are currently on the Internet, you can see how the Boatbuilding Ring Code will look on your page. From the Dreamweaver menu, select File, Preview In Browser, and then pick your browser from the menu.You should now see the Boatbuilding Ring Code Boatbuilding Ring Code on your page. If necessary, make any final positioning modifications. You can now publish your page to your web server.

Claris Home Page Installation Instructions
1. Get the HTML Code for your site and copy it to your computer's clipboard.
2. Start up Claris Home Page and open the page where you are going to add the Boatbuilding Ring Code
3. Place the cursor in the spot on the page where you want to put the Boatbuilding Ring Code.
4. On the Claris Home Page menu, select Insert, HTML Code
5. A dialog box with the title "HTML Code" will be displayed. Check "Include Marker". This will make Claris Home Page leave the Boatbuilding Ring HTML code alone after it is added to your page.
6. Paste the Boatbuilding Ring Code HTML code from the clipboard into this dialog box.
7. Press the 'x' button in the upper right corner of this dialog box to close it.
8. Save your web page.
9. If you are currently on the Internet, you can see how the Boatbuilding Ring Code Boatbuilding Ring Code will look on your page. 3. On the Adobe PageMill menu, select Insert, Place Holder.
4. Select the place holder you just inserted with your mouse and then select View, Show Inspector from the menu. A dialog box should be displayed.
5. Paste the Boatbuilding Ring HTML code from the clipboard into this dialog box. Make sure you are pasting into this dialog box and not the main page. You can do that by:
a.) Clicking the mouse in the text area of the inspector and pressing CTRL+V or
b.) RIGHT-clicking the mouse in the text area of the inspector. A little popup menu should be displayed. Select Paste from that menu.
6. Save your web page.
7. If you are currently on the Internet, you can see how the Boatbuilding Ring Code Boatbuilding Ring Code will look on your page. From the Adobe PageMill menu, select View, Switch To, and then pick your browser from the menu.You should now see the Boatbuilding Ring Code Boatbuilding Ring Code on your page. Netscape Gold or Netscape Composer Installation Instructions
1. Get the HTML Code for your site and copy it to your computer's clipboard.
2. Start up the Netscape Editor and open the page where you are going to add the Boatbuilding Ring Code.

4. On the Netscape Editor menu, select Insert, HTML Tag... A dialog box with the title "HTML Tag" will be displayed.

Homestead Page Builder
1. Go to the top "ELEMENT" menu, pull down, and select:
     Add Element
     Advanced Element
     Insert HTML
2. Now a white box will appear in the main editor screen and the Element Editor will appear.
3. In the "Element Editor" click on "Edit HTML". A new window will appear titled "HTML Snippet"
     Highlight and copy the Boatbuilding Ring code from your mail reader.
     Paste the code into the "HTML" box on the "HTML Snippet" window (using the Ctrl + V keys on your keyboard)
     Click OK to close the html windows and return to the main editor.
4. Now when you Preview your page (or save and look at the published page) the Ring Code will appear where you positioned the HTML box.

Trellix Editor Installation Instructions
How to use this Web Gem
1. Copy the HTML. Make sure you get all of it.
2. Choose the Build Your Own Web Gem.
3. When the dialog appears, click Paste. Your HTML appears in the upper area.
4. If you want, browse to an image that represents this HTML for you. The "placeholder" image is visible only while you're editing your web site. You can choose a placeholder that represents the size and shape of the Web Gem you're building, or leave the one that's there.
5. Click Insert.
6. To see the effect of the HTML, you must preview or publish your web site.
(Some Web Gems appear correctly on preview, others require you to publish.)
